Welcome to the Hum 201 "Environmental Humanities and Disasters" blog! 

Please have a look at these instructions and have a peek at my "Columbian Exchange" post if you're concerned about format.

Note: Since some of you may have Google IDs that you use online and it might not be obvious who posts what, please put your name before your post so the identity of each blogger is clear. Thank you!

All blog posts due by 5pm on the dates indicated

Criteria:

Your posts will include: 1) a link to a articles, video clips, podcasts, and other gems you uncover online and 2) a 150-200 word paragraph that includes thoughtful commentary on the article you have chosen (less a summary than the major ideas that you find important)  and 3) will conclude with thought-provoking analytical questions to encourage reflection and online conversation among your classmates.

Posts are due by 5pm on the date noted below.

Your comments on your classmates’ blog posts are due by Thursday, Oct 11 and again on Thursday Nov 29, also by 5 pm. You must comment on 5 posts before the 11^th and again 5 posts by the 29^th.
